Where can we ship to?

Luckily, we currently offer delivery on every order! We pack and ship to most of North America, Europe and Asia, in addition to the above areas, there are also Oceania, Africa, South America, etc. Please contact info@tempkinsulin.com for more help with this issue.

How much does it cost to ship to my location?

We currently offer free standard shipping for all the orders within United States. That includes also returns, and replacements. For orders of battery items, for some territories of the United States or international, an extra charge of 25$-45$ USD will apply as for dangerous transport policy and might be asked to be charged separately.

For orders to Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, South America, and other regions, we offer standard shipping, with costs ranging from $7 to $70 depending on your location. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Please note that returns and replacements for orders outside the United States are calculated separately and are not covered, unless specifically decided by our company on a case-by-case basis.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location.

We typically take 1-2 business days for handling and processing your order. For North America, the typical delivery time is 4-7 business days, including handling and processing, unless any delay occurs by the carrier. For all other regions, delivery times typically range from 8 to 30 business days, depending on your location. You can confirm the exact delivery time at the checkout page. Please allow extra time during our busy season, as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may also cause further delays. Tracking information, including carrier details, is provided with every order. Every order is insured, and if your package does not arrive, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations. On the other hand, If the tracking status shows ‘Delivered,’ it serves as proof of delivery, and no refund or replacement will be offered.

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?

All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Extended Delays 

In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
